RRI remains OEP 2868/RWP in Lahore. The licence does not change. The host-country quota does. That is why this page is shorter on promises and longer on the question we will ask you on WhatsApp.

How we treat Poland
Polish manufacturers write to Pakistani OEPs because they already hire from several third countries. That does not make Pakistan automatically eligible for the permit they have in mind. The first hour of work is legal mapping, not a candidate broadcast.
If the permit type does not list Pakistani nationals for that occupation this year, we stop before you pay a medical. If it does, we still need a worksite, a wage that will survive inspection, and a trade we can test in Lahore or Islamabad.
Poland will not become a second Romania on this website just to look busy. Romania has a corridor we already document in Romanian. Poland has a question mark we are willing to test file by file.
Write with the voivodeship, not only “Poland,” and with the contract length. Seasonal language that does not match the permit will be sent back.
Documents we will ask for anyway
KRS or equivalent, voivodeship, permit name, housing, trades in the language of the filing. English-only nicknames get sent back.
We do not keep a standing pool “for Poland.” Candidates are opened against your demand. That is slower to advertise and cleaner at Protector.
If you have volume this quarter, use corridors that already have host-language process pages. Use Poland when the papers say Pakistan is eligible.
Operating standard on every file
We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.
We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.
Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.
The sister licence exists so a buyer who misses one domain still finds a numbered OEP on the same phone. Do not open two demands for one plant. Say which desk already has the thread.
