Each shift, your supervisor decides the work. If you send your site rules or SOP with the order, our Lahore team walks the workers through them before departure.
How the work is split between you and RRI
Your side
- Tell us the role, how many people, which city, the start date and the shifts.
- Show the workers their tasks and run the shift as you would with your own staff.
- Sign off the monthly hours sheet.
Nothing more is needed from you.
RRI's side
- Advertising, interviews and a practical test in Pakistan
- Polish work permit, national D visa and legal stay
- Tickets, pick-up at the airport and first-day arrival at your gate
- Housing and getting the team to and from work
- All employment paperwork and pay
- Medical checks, BHP induction and any sanitary certificate the site needs
- Allowances, welfare follow-up and a coordinator you can call
- A replacement when someone is not right for the job

Frequently asked questions
Will they manage our WMS or ERP?
We select storekeepers for computer skills and basic English. Most pick up WMS and ERP screens within the first week working next to your supervisor.
Who takes care of contracts and pay?
RRI does. Contracts, pay and legal stay are our responsibility. Your team plans the work and supervises it.
Will we have to sort out visas, permits or housing?
No. The permit, D visa, flights, airport pick-up, housing, transport, pay, medicals and allowances are all arranged by RRI. Your only job is to tell the workers what to do.
Do we have to commit for a minimum period?
No. Take a team for one season or for years, and add, reduce or rotate people whenever your volumes move.
What if someone is not right for the job?
Let us know and we replace them. We start lining up the replacement from our pool the same day you report it.
How are we invoiced?
Once a month, for the hours you have confirmed, at an hourly rate per role agreed in writing before the order. There is no upfront recruitment fee.
How quickly can a team start?
Give us your target date. Within one working day we tell you whether it is achievable and send the batch plan with dates.
