How an order runs
Your request lists role, headcount, site, start date and shifts. We send back a dated plan in one working day.
Our team selects, tests and legalises the workers, books flights, settles them in and brings them to your door.
After handover you manage the work and we keep handling everything else for the full assignment.
Employer questions
Can the workers switch between production and warehouse work?
Yes. Order general workers for that flexibility, and your supervisor places them wherever volume is highest each shift.
Where will the team live?
Close to your site. RRI arranges housing around Wrocław and transport that fits your shifts.
Are visas, permits or accommodation our job?
No. RRI arranges the permit, D visa, flights, airport pick-up, accommodation, transport, pay, medicals and allowances. Your role is to assign the work.
Do we sign up for a fixed period?
No. Order for a short peak or ongoing work and change the numbers whenever you need to.
And if a worker is not suitable?
Tell us. A replacement is lined up from our candidate pool as soon as you raise it.
What does billing look like?
One invoice each month for the hours you confirm, at a per-role hourly rate fixed before you order. Nothing is paid upfront.
