Markets we will not oversell
Hungary, Poland and Montenegro are written as feasibility notes. If the quota is closed, we say so. That is cheaper than a dead file.
How a file actually moves
A usable demand is not a logo on a slide. It is a trade a tester can fail. “40 workers for factory” produces a weak shortlist and a slow host-country file. “18 MAG welders, 3G, Kayseri OSB, dormitory included, tickets on us, June window” produces a desk that can work.
We reply in one business day with one of three answers: feasible on the corridor you named; feasible only if you change trade titles or phase the headcount; not feasible this quarter. The third answer is the one most agencies avoid. It is also the one that saves the ticket budget.
Pakistan-side steps do not start on a WhatsApp voice note. They start when we can name the worksite city, the contract length, and who pays medicals. Host-country filings never leave your office. If your PRO in Riyadh or your lawyer in Cluj is slow, we cannot invent speed on our side.
Who should not write to us
Job seekers use the jobs pages, not this desk. Sub-agents looking for a letterhead will not get one. Employers who need a same-week aircraft for 400 untested people will be told no. Licensed OEPs are not travel shops.

Do you charge the employer a sourcing fee?
No. Sourcing, screening and trade-testing are not billed to the employer.
How fast do you reply?
One business day on a complete note. Shortlist window is usually 5–10 working days after the demand letter is usable.
Which markets are active?
Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, plus Gulf neighbours. Hungary, Poland and Montenegro are feasibility only.
