What a serious hire looks like in Europe (multi-corridor).

This page is written for the HR / procurement manager who has to approve a Pakistan recruitment file — not for keyword coverage. Send the pack below and we reply within one business day with a feasibility note, a shortlist plan and a realistic week-count.

You send (employer side)

  • Country first — Romania, Balkans, Italy and Baltics are different laws
  • Do not send a “Europe labour” brief without the member state

We handle (Pakistan side)

  • Sourcing + trade test against your job spec (video / photo file on request)
  • PCC, passport audit, PakSoftSkills pre-departure registration
  • Country-specific medical / embassy pack
  • Protector of Emigrants clearance under OEP 2868/RWP
  • Tickets and airport assistance from Lahore and Faisalabad

Cost split (transparent)

Zero to the employer from us: sourcing, screening, trade-testing, shortlist pack.

Employer / host-country costs: work permit / visa fees, medical where the destination requires it, air ticket (unless contract says otherwise), wage, food, housing, insurance as per local law.

Replacement: if a worker fails medical after selection or absconds in the agreed window, we re-source at no extra agency fee. Ticket / visa re-issue follows the demand letter.

BEOE-licensed, government-tracked process

Europe's own workforce has been draining east-to-west for over a decade — Romanians, Bulgarians and Bosnians moving to Germany, Italy and Austria for better pay, leaving construction sites, factories, hotels and farms across the continent short-handed. That gap doesn't close itself, and it's why Renaissance Recruitment Inc. has spent the past several years building out documented, government-compliant deployment routes from Pakistan into eleven European countries rather than treating "Europe" as one generic destination.

Each corridor below runs under its own national work-permit system — Romania's D-visa, Türkiye's 16-digit government tracking code, Albania's Leje Unike, Croatia's post-2021 labour-market test — and we handle each one on its own terms rather than a copy-pasted process. If you're an employer in any of these markets, the corridor page below has the specific permit timeline, wage floor and worker categories relevant to you.

Pakistan Side

The compliance we handle.

As a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP), we complete BEOE Protectorate clearance, PakSoftSkills registration, medicals, trade-testing through NAVTTC-approved centres, and police clearance in Pakistan, so every worker travels legally documented — regardless of which of the eleven European corridors they are deployed to.

FAQ

Questions employers ask first.

Which European countries does RRI recruit Pakistani workers for?

Romania, Türkiye, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Moldova, Albania, Croatia and Italy — each run under its own national work-permit system, not a single generic process.

Is the work-permit process the same across every European country?

No. Each country has its own system — for example Romania's D-visa (D/AM1, D/AM2), Türkiye's 16-digit government-tracked reference code, Albania's Leje Unike (Unique Permit), and Croatia's post-2021 employer-driven HZZ labour-market test. RRI manages each corridor against its own current rules rather than applying one template to all eleven.

What trades are most in demand for Pakistani workers across Europe?

Construction and skilled trades, textiles/footwear manufacturing, hospitality and tourism (especially along the Adriatic and Black Sea coasts), logistics and transport, and agriculture/food-processing are the consistent shortage sectors across most of these eleven corridors.

Does RRI charge employers for recruitment?

No. Sourcing, screening, trade-testing and documentation are handled and absorbed by RRI at zero cost to the employer. Flight, permit and other logistics costs are arranged case-by-case per employer.

How is RRI licensed and verifiable?

Renaissance Recruitment Inc. is licensed by Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) under OEP License 2868/RWP, ISO 9001:2015 certified, and a member in good standing of both the Pakistan Overseas Employment Promoters Association (POEPA) and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). All of these can be verified independently.
