How the work is split between you and RRI

Where the team lives and how they get to work
RRI rents housing close to your site and organises transport around your shift times, so the team arrives on time for early, late, night and weekend shifts.
From request to first shift
Write to us with the role, numbers, site, start date and shifts. A dated plan comes back within one working day.
We recruit and test in Pakistan, complete the legal steps, book the flights and settle the team into housing before bringing them to your site.
From day one your supervisor directs the work, and we keep looking after everything else for as long as the team stays.
Questions employers ask
Can one order cover both warehouse and production staff?
Yes. Put both roles in one request. We select and test each group for its own job, and you place them in the right area.
Where will the team live?
Close to your site. RRI arranges housing in the Poznań area and a transport plan built around your shifts.
Will we have to sort out visas, permits or housing?
No. The permit, D visa, flights, airport pick-up, housing, transport, pay, medicals and allowances are all arranged by RRI. Your only job is to tell the workers what to do.
Do we have to commit for a minimum period?
No. Take a team for one season or for years, and add, reduce or rotate people whenever your volumes move.
What if someone is not right for the job?
Let us know and we replace them. We start lining up the replacement from our pool the same day you report it.
How are we invoiced?
Once a month, for the hours you have confirmed, at an hourly rate per role agreed in writing before the order. There is no upfront recruitment fee.
