How we check skills

Nobody reaches your shortlist untested.

Warehouse candidates are tested for the job you run: pick accuracy and pace, safe lifting, forklift handling and basic scanner or computer use, with the results attached to each name on the shortlist.

Picker / packer: order picking by scanner or list, packing and labelling; tested on accuracy and pace.
Forklift operator: counterbalance and reach trucks, stacking and loading; operates a forklift in the test.
Inventory clerk: stock counts, receiving and WMS entries; tested on accuracy and basic computer use.
Loader / unloader: trailers, containers and docks; checked for fitness and safe lifting.
Warehouse supervisor: shift leadership, targets and safety; interviewed on team experience.

Paperwork and cost

Zero sourcing fee for the employer.

RRI does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. Flights and statutory government fees, such as work-permit charges, are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.

Your side of the paperwork is short: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and whatever permit documents your country requires. We prepare everything on the Pakistani side, including medicals, attestations and, for Gulf countries, the GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance.

From demand to arrival

The warehousing hiring timeline.

Day 1: you receive a written feasibility answer for your demand.
Within 7 working days: a trade-tested shortlist with each candidate’s result.
Interviews: you approve the people you want; nobody else goes forward.
Permits and visas: timing depends on the destination country. For Saudi Arabia it is typically 4 to 6 weeks.
Departure: pre-departure orientation, travel coordination and support after arrival.

In Poland, forklift operators obtain their UDT certificate locally. In other countries we tell you what local certification applies in the feasibility answer.
