Why Pakistan

Where textile and garment workers from Pakistan are working now.

Textile employers in Romania, Türkiye (including dyehouse and finishing staff in Denizli), Uzbekistan and Bosnia and Herzegovina currently hire from Pakistan.

Renaissance Recruitment Inc. has recruited Pakistani workers for overseas employers from Lahore since 2007. We are licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and a member of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

How we check skills

Nobody reaches your shortlist untested.

Pakistan’s textile and garment industry is one of the largest in the world, so experienced machine operators are easy to find. What matters is matching them to your machines: each candidate sews, cuts or runs the machine you use during the trade test.

Paperwork and cost

Zero sourcing fee for the employer.

RRI does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. Flights and statutory government fees, such as work-permit charges, are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.

Your side of the paperwork is short: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and whatever permit documents your country requires. We prepare everything on the Pakistani side, including medicals, attestations and, for Gulf countries, the GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance.

From demand to arrival

The textile hiring timeline.

  1. Day 1: you receive a written feasibility answer for your demand.
  2. Within 7 working days: a trade-tested shortlist with each candidate’s result.
  3. Interviews: you approve the people you want; nobody else goes forward.
  4. Permits and visas: timing depends on the destination country. For Saudi Arabia it is typically 4 to 6 weeks.
  5. Departure: pre-departure orientation, travel coordination and support after arrival.

A recent batch went to two employers on the same industrial site in Constanța, Romania: confectioners and weaving and bobbin operators, recruited and documented end to end.

Employer questions

Before you hire textile and garment workers.

What does the employer pay?

How long until workers arrive in Romania?

Can you test on our type of machine?

Tell us the machines and the products you make, and candidates are tested on matching work.
