Why Pakistan

Where factory workers from Pakistan are working now.

Current factory demand comes from Türkiye (production operators in İzmir, CNC operators and unskilled factory workers), Romania, Serbia, Poland and Moldova, as well as Gulf industrial employers.

Renaissance Recruitment Inc. has recruited Pakistani workers for overseas employers from Lahore since 2007. We are licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and a member of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

How we check skills

Nobody reaches your shortlist untested.

Factory candidates are tested on the kind of line they will join. CNC operators machine and measure a part, assemblers follow a work sequence against the clock, and inspectors check parts against a drawing.

Paperwork and cost

Zero sourcing fee for the employer.

RRI does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. Flights and statutory government fees, such as work-permit charges, are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.

Your side of the paperwork is short: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and whatever permit documents your country requires. We prepare everything on the Pakistani side, including medicals, attestations and, for Gulf countries, the GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance.

From demand to arrival

The manufacturing hiring timeline.

  1. Day 1: you receive a written feasibility answer for your demand.
  2. Within 7 working days: a trade-tested shortlist with each candidate’s result.
  3. Interviews: you approve the people you want; nobody else goes forward.
  4. Permits and visas: timing depends on the destination country. For Saudi Arabia it is typically 4 to 6 weeks.
  5. Departure: pre-departure orientation, travel coordination and support after arrival.

Shift patterns, overtime and accommodation are the questions workers ask most. Stating them clearly in the demand letter reduces drop-outs between selection and departure.

Employer questions

Before you hire factory workers.

What does the employer pay?

No sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Flights and statutory fees are agreed case by case.

How long until workers arrive?

Shortlisting takes 7 working days. Arrival then depends on the destination’s permit and visa process, which we set out in the feasibility answer.

Do CNC operators read technical drawings?

CNC operators and QC inspectors are tested on reading drawings and measuring parts.

Can you send unskilled and skilled workers together?

Yes. A batch often mixes machine operators, assemblers and general workers; each group is tested separately.
