Why one source country is now a risk
For a long time, Ukrainian workers covered most of the foreign-labour need in Polish logistics and manufacturing. Since 2022 that flow has become harder to plan: many men are unable to leave Ukraine, some workers have moved on to Germany or further west, and people switch between agencies more often.
Operations managers increasingly see reliance on one country as a supply risk. A second source in Asia is a hedge: if one pipeline slows down, the other keeps your shifts covered.
What actually changes with workers from Asia
The tasks stay the same. What differs is the legal process, the travel time and how you handle the first few weeks.
- Each worker needs a Polish work permit and a national D visa
- Journeys are longer, so people arrive in planned groups rather than one by one
- The working language on the floor is usually simple English, not Polish or Russian
- Assignments tend to be longer, and workers seldom move to another agency mid-contract
- Accommodation and transport have to be in place the day the group lands
Why Pakistan is a strong second source
Pakistan offers a large pool of warehouse, factory and helper workers, many of whom have already worked in Gulf distribution centres, in Türkiye or elsewhere in Europe. Simple English is widespread, shift work and productivity targets are familiar, and every departure goes through a government-licensed recruitment and emigration-clearance system.
Getting started without the admin
When you order through RRI, your side is the order and the daily instructions. We select and test the workers in Pakistan and take care of the permit, visa, flights, housing, pay and allowances, and we replace anyone who does not work out.
Start small, then scale
Begin with a pilot group on one shift or in one zone, track output for a month and then grow the team. If you already employ Polish or Ukrainian staff, mixed teams work well as long as supervisors are clear and instructions are visual.
You plan the work. RRI covers everything around it. Order Pakistani warehouse and general workers on demand: see how it works or send your order.
