How we recruit

Eight rules we do not bend.

Employers in Europe, Türkiye and the Gulf increasingly have to show their auditors that the agency behind their foreign hires works cleanly. These are the standards every RRI file is processed under — written so your compliance team can lift them straight into a supplier questionnaire.

Zero cost to employerWritten offer before paymentNo passport retentionBEOE-regulated charges

The eight standards

  1. The employer is never invoiced. Sourcing, screening, trade testing and candidate files are RRI's cost. There is no placement fee, retainer or per-CV charge, in any country.
  2. Candidates see the offer before they pay anything. Trade, salary, hours, accommodation, contract length and who pays the ticket are given in writing, in Urdu and English, before a single rupee changes hands.
  3. Charges are receipted and within the government ceiling. Any candidate service charge sits inside the limits set by Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, is itemised, and is receipted. No cash to field agents, no 'processing' extras.
  4. No passport is ever held. Passports stay with the worker at every stage — in Lahore, in transit and at the workplace. We put this in the employer agreement.
  5. No contract substitution. The contract signed in Pakistan is the contract honoured on arrival. If an employer needs a change, it is agreed with the worker in writing before travel.
  6. Age, medical and police checks are real. GAMCA/approved-panel medicals, police character certificates and age verification are done through the official channels, not photocopies.
  7. Free replacement where a candidate fails medical or does not travel. The employer is not asked to pay to replace a worker who drops out before departure.
  8. Workers can reach us after arrival. Every deployed worker has a WhatsApp line to the Lahore desk for the length of the contract. Grievances raised through it go to the employer within one working day.

What this means in an audit

What we can give your compliance team

A signed copy of these standards, our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the candidate cost sheet used for your batch, sample receipts, and the pre-departure briefing agenda. On request, a short call with the Lahore desk lead.

What we will not do

Deploy workers against an unsigned offer, process an employer-sourced candidate we have not vetted ourselves, hold travel documents, or quote a 'per-head all-inclusive' figure that hides a charge to the employer.

Based on recognised frameworks

These standards follow the ILO General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment, the Dhaka Principles for migration with dignity, and Pakistan's Emigration Ordinance 1979 and Emigration Rules. We do not claim third-party certification against these frameworks; we align our process to them and document it.
