Frequently asked questions
Do they arrive with a Polish UDT licence?
No, because foreign forklift licences are not recognised in Poland. RRI books the UDT course and exam after arrival, and the operators work as warehouse staff until they pass, so your team is productive from week one.
Who looks after contracts and pay?
RRI. Employment paperwork, pay and legal stay sit with us, while your supervisors organise and check the work.
Do we arrange any permits, visas or housing?
No. Permit, D visa, flights, airport collection, housing, transport, pay, medicals and allowances are organised by RRI. You only assign the work.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Use the team for a peak season or keep it long term, and change the headcount whenever your volumes change.
What if a worker does not work out?
Report it and RRI replaces the worker from its pool, starting the same day.
How does invoicing work?
A single monthly invoice for confirmed hours at the hourly rate agreed per role before you order. No recruitment fee up front.
How soon can the team arrive?
Tell us when you need them. The next working day you get a yes or no and a dated batch plan.
