Frequently asked questions
Can we move them between departments?
Yes, that is the point of ordering general workers. Your supervisor can place them in the warehouse, on a line, on cleaning or in the yard as the day requires.
Who is responsible for contracts and pay?
RRI is. Contracts, pay and legal residence are handled by us; you plan the tasks and supervise.
Are visas, permits or accommodation our job?
No. RRI arranges the permit, D visa, flights, airport pick-up, accommodation, transport, pay, medicals and allowances. Your role is to assign the work.
Do we sign up for a fixed period?
No. Order for a short peak or ongoing work and change the numbers whenever you need to.
And if a worker is not suitable?
Tell us. A replacement is lined up from our candidate pool as soon as you raise it.
What does billing look like?
One invoice each month for the hours you confirm, at a per-role hourly rate fixed before you order. Nothing is paid upfront.
What is the fastest start date?
Send the date you want. In one working day you will know if it is possible, together with a dated plan.
