How employers work with RRI.

Renaissance Recruitment Inc. is licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, ISO 9001:2015 certified and a member of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry, recruiting from Lahore since 2007. Employers who search for an agency in Islamabad work with us directly; there is no need for an in-person visit.

Day 1: a written feasibility answer to your demand.
Within 7 working days: a trade-tested shortlist with each candidate's result.
Interviews: you approve the people you want; nobody else goes forward.
Permits and documents: The permit route depends on the country; we set it out in the feasibility answer before you commit.
Departure: pre-departure orientation, travel coordination and support after arrival.

Cost and paperwork

What you pay and what you send.

RRI does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. You cover the statutory items on your side, such as statutory permit and visa fees, and the contract package. Flights are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.

Your side of the paperwork is short: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and the permit papers required by the destination country.
