Our core business since 2007. Partner-led headhunting for senior, board-level and business-critical appointments. Discreet, retained search. Up to 12-month replacement guarantee and 6-month onboarding support included as standard. Covers construction & project leadership, engineering, healthcare, hospitality, finance and IT.

UK University Student Consultancy

Full-service UK university placement for Pakistani students — Bachelor's, Master's, PhD and Foundation pathways. We deal exclusively with UKVI-registered Student Sponsor universities. UCAS support, CAS handling, Student visa applications and post-arrival assistance.

A full-time dedicated practice handling senior, board-level and business-critical mandates for international employers. Partner-led. Discreet. Retained only.

Who we place

Project Directors, Plant Managers, CFOs, Hospital Administrators, Hotel General Managers, CTOs, Consultant Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Senior Engineers and specialist technical leads. Roles from department-head level through C-suite. Pakistani professionals and returning-diaspora candidates with international experience.

How we work

Retained basis only — no contingent search. Each mandate is led personally by a senior partner who stays with the client from brief through onboarding. Confidential outreach, rigorous assessment, and a focused shortlist of four to six genuinely capable candidates. Typical mandate timeline: 8 to 10 weeks from engagement to signed offer.

What is included as standard

Up to 12-month replacement guarantee on every placement. Six-month structured onboarding support for both client and placed leader. No separate add-on fees for either.

Commercial model

Fee structured as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year gross compensation, billed in three equal instalments (engagement · shortlist · placement). Payable in EUR, GBP or USD against a commercial invoice.

Practice C · In Detail

UK university student consultancy.

A full-time dedicated practice placing Pakistani students into UK universities. UK-only focus — not a country-switching agency. This is what keeps our knowledge of UKVI rules, UCAS deadlines and individual university admissions current.

Who we help

Pakistani students applying for UK Bachelor's (after F.Sc, A-Level or IB), Master's (after 16-year Bachelor's), PhD, Foundation Year and pre-sessional English programmes. Students from Matric through professional-qualification level, with realistic budgets and genuine academic profiles.

What we do

Free initial profile assessment, realistic university and course shortlisting, UCAS and direct-application management, personal statement and SOP drafting, offer negotiation, IELTS guidance, CAS handling, financial-evidence preparation, full UKVI Student visa application support, IHS payment coordination, pre-departure briefing, and post-arrival check-in for the first 90 days.

Russell Group, red-brick, plate-glass, post-1992 modern universities, and specialist institutions across the UK — but only where the institution is officially registered as a Student Sponsor with UK Visas and Immigration. We do not promote unrecognised or unreliable providers.
