What your order pickers will do
- Picking orders by list, scanner or pick-by-voice
- Working to pick-rate targets
- Checking SKU, quantity and batch
- Staging orders for packing or dispatch
- Reporting shortages and damages
- Using pallet trucks after site training
Your supervisor assigns the work each shift. Send your SOP or site rules with the order and we brief the workers before they arrive.
Your job is the task. Everything else is ours.
You do
- Place the order: role, headcount, city, start date, shift pattern.
- Give the workers their tasks and daily instructions.
- Confirm the hours worked at month end.

- Sourcing, screening and practical testing in Pakistan
- Work permit, national D visa and legalisation of stay
- Flights, airport pick-up and arrival at your premises
- Accommodation and the daily transport plan
- Employment contract, payroll, ZUS and taxes
- Medicals, BHP safety induction and sanitary certificates where required
- Allowances, supervision of welfare and on-site coordination
- Replacement if a worker does not fit

Frequently asked questions
Will they reach our pick-rate targets?
Share your target and system (paper, scanner or voice). We run a timed practical in Pakistan and agree a ramp-up plan for the first two weeks on site.
Who handles the workers' contracts and payroll?
We do. Contracts, payroll, ZUS and legalisation are handled on our side. You assign the tasks and supervise the work.
Do I need to arrange visas, permits or accommodation?
No. Work permit, national D visa, flights, airport pick-up, accommodation, transport, payroll, ZUS, medicals and allowances are all handled on our side. You only give the workers their tasks.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No minimum term. Order for a seasonal peak or for long-term work, then extend, reduce or rotate the headcount as your volumes change.
What happens if a worker does not fit?
Tell us and we replace the worker. Replacement planning starts from our pool as soon as you report the issue.
How is billing done?
One monthly invoice based on the hours you confirm, at an hourly rate agreed per role before the order. No upfront recruitment fee.
How fast can workers start?
Send your start date. Within one business day we confirm whether it works and send a dated plan for the batch.
