The short answer
The first batch takes the longest because it runs through the full permit and visa process. After that, extra workers and replacements are planned as a pipeline, so you are not starting from zero each time.
The stages
Every first batch goes through the same stages:
- Order and dated plan: one business day
- Selection, interviews and practical tests in Pakistan
- Work permit application and decision by the voivode office
- National D visa appointment and decision at the Polish consulate
- Emigration clearance in Pakistan and flights
- Arrival, accommodation, medicals and BHP induction
- First shift at your site
What drives the timeline
The two stages you cannot speed up are the permit decision and the visa appointment. Their timing depends on the voivode office that handles your location and on consulate capacity at the time. Everything else we run in parallel.
Plan backwards from your start date
Tell us the date you need people on site. We work backwards through each stage and tell you in one business day whether the date is realistic. If it is too tight for a full batch, we propose a phased start.
Keep a pipeline
Employers who order regularly keep a rolling pipeline of workers in process. That way peak headcount and replacements are ready when needed instead of starting a new process each time.
You assign the task. We handle everything else. Order Pakistani warehouse and general workers on demand: see how it works or send your order.
Frequently asked questions
Who files the work permit?
We do. You do not deal with the voivode office, the consulate or legalisation.
Can you start a group in stages?
Yes. If your date is tight we propose a phased start so the first workers arrive as early as possible.
