Request Construction Workers →Construction demand comes from the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Moldova, and from reconstruction work in Ukraine and building projects in Kyrgyzstan.
Renaissance Recruitment Inc. has recruited Pakistani workers for overseas employers from Lahore since 2007. We are licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and a member of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Construction is the largest category we deploy. Trade tests are held live in Pakistan, and the shortlist you receive records each worker’s result. Steel fixers, formwork carpenters and masons for Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan are selected this way, with the trade test in person in Pakistan.
RRI does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. Flights and statutory government fees, such as work-permit charges, are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.
Your side of the paperwork is short: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and whatever permit documents your country requires. We prepare everything on the Pakistani side, including medicals, attestations and, for Gulf countries, the GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance.
For Gulf projects, workers complete the GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance before departure. For Saudi Arabia the typical timeline from approval to arrival is 4 to 6 weeks.
No sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Flights and statutory government fees are agreed case by case.
Workers receive a pre-departure orientation on duties, site conduct and labour rights. Site-specific safety induction should still be done on arrival.
Steel fixers and formwork carpenters are tested on working from drawings and bar schedules. General labourers are not expected to.
