Housing and transport near your site
Workers live near your site in accommodation we arrange. We plan transport around your shift times so every shift starts on time, including nights and weekends.
How ordering works
Send role, headcount, city, start date and shift pattern. One business day for a dated plan.
We select, test, legalise, fly and house the workers, then bring them to your gate.
Your supervisor gives the work. We handle everything else for as long as you need them.
Frequently asked questions
Can you supply container unloading teams?
Yes. We supply loader and unloader teams selected for heavy manual handling. Tell us containers per day and typical carton weights so we size the team.
Where do the workers live?
Near your site. We arrange accommodation in the Gdańsk and Gdynia area and a transport plan that matches your shift times.
Do I need to arrange visas, permits or accommodation?
No. Work permit, national D visa, flights, airport pick-up, accommodation, transport, payroll, ZUS, medicals and allowances are all handled on our side. You only give the workers their tasks.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No minimum term. Order for a seasonal peak or for long-term work, then extend, reduce or rotate the headcount as your volumes change.
What happens if a worker does not fit?
Tell us and we replace the worker. Replacement planning starts from our pool as soon as you report the issue.
How is billing done?
One monthly invoice based on the hours you confirm, at an hourly rate agreed per role before the order. No upfront recruitment fee.
