Worker welfare

A worker who was treated fairly stays. That is the whole business case.

Retention is where foreign hiring succeeds or fails. Our welfare commitments are not charity — they are the reason employers get back the person they interviewed, in the mood to work, eighteen months later.

What we ask of the employer

Non-negotiable

Decent accommodation (proof needed for the permit anyway), on-time wages into a bank account, the worker keeps the passport, the signed contract is the one applied, and lawful working hours with paid overtime.

Strongly recommended

A named supervisor who speaks slowly in the first weeks, halal food options or a cooking space, a short induction, and a Friday prayer break where practical. These cost almost nothing and cut first-quarter attrition sharply.

Why the employer is not billed

Many agencies charge the employer and the worker. We charge the employer nothing so that the relationship with you is simple and the decision to try a first batch is easy. Candidate charges are regulated, receipted, and disclosed to you on request, so you can satisfy yourself that nobody arrived at your gate in debt they did not understand.
