Fraud warning

If someone asks you for money in our name, it is not us.

Recruitment is a target for impersonation. People copy agency names and logos to collect 'visa fees' from job seekers, or approach employers pretending to represent us. This page tells you how to check, and how to report.

How to tell it is really RRI

Email

Only @rrinc.co

We never write to employers from Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or any other domain. If the address after the @ is not rrinc.co, stop.

Money

Employers are never asked to pay

No registration fee, no 'document fee', no advance for visas. Any request for payment from an employer is fraud, regardless of the name used.

Paper

Offers come as documents

Shortlists and offers arrive as PDF files from our domain, with the candidate's test results attached. We do not send offers as WhatsApp images or screenshots.

For workers in Pakistan

RRI does not sell visas, does not take payment through agents in villages or bazaars, and does not ask for money before you have a written job offer in Urdu and English. If someone claiming to work with us asks for cash, a bank transfer to a personal account, or your passport 'for safekeeping', do not pay. Report it to us and to the Protector of Emigrants office in your city.

How to report

Employers and partners

Email hello@rrinc.co with the subject Concern. Attach the message you received. The Lahore desk lead replies personally within one working day and tells you what we found.

Workers and families

Message the desk on WhatsApp or email jobs@rrinc.co. Write Shikayat (complaint) at the top. Your name is not shared with the person you are reporting.

We log every report, investigate it, and where a third party has used our name we report them to the Federal Investigation Agency's anti-trafficking unit.
