D/AM is not a tourist visa
The right to work is tied to your contract. Change the site or the wage after the mission has seen the file and you have a new file, not an edit.

We test what can be tested before the ticket. If your plant needs a licence class we cannot verify in Pakistan, we say so. That sentence is cheaper than a return flight.
Cluj, Timișoara, Bucharest, Constanța and Brașov should be named. “Romania” is not a worksite.

First message template
City, D/AM titles, headcount, housing, tickets, month, lawyer already instructed or not. If the aviz is not started, say that. We will not pretend Islamabad is the bottleneck.
How we run each file
No shortlist is built from a voice note. A trade title is never edited after medicals to make a permit look tidier. No host-country principal is named on a public page. The employer is never invoiced for sourcing or for the trade test.
We also decline some files: a closed quota, a ratio that cannot be met, housing that would fail inspection, a driver with no licence class, or a “technician” who is really a helper. Declining in week one costs far less than a return flight in week twelve.
We reply within one business day to a complete brief: company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets and month. Shortlisting starts from that brief, not from a logo. Host-country filings remain the employer’s responsibility throughout.
Before you pay anyone
Check the OEP number on the public register, not in a broker’s chat. Name the trade you can test. State who pays the ticket. State the city.
If you need a reference, identify your company first. We do not share principal names in a first email to an inbox we have not heard from.
