Division of labour, again
Musaned and Qiwa are Saudi instruments. A Pakistani OEP that claims to “do Musaned for you” is selling a sentence. We coordinate Wafid timing and the Pakistan exit. Your PRO files the Kingdom side.
Block size should match housing and the medical calendar, not a round number from a slide. Replacements after a failed medical are sourced again at no sourcing fee; tickets follow the demand letter.
Trades that fail in practice: drivers without the class you need, helpers sold as technicians, welders who have never seen the process you named. We would rather lose the line than ship that CV.
Read the cost page before you compare us to an agency that quotes one dollar figure. Host-state fees move. We will not invent a 2026 all-in riyal number to win a spreadsheet.

First message template
City, trade, headcount, housing, tickets, month, Musaned-ready or not. If Musaned is not ready, say that. We will not book medicals into a vacuum.
Drivers: write the class. Warehouse: write whether reach truck is required. Construction: write the trade, not “all trades.”
Operating standard on every file
We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.
We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.
Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.
The sister licence exists so a buyer who misses one domain still finds a numbered OEP on the same phone. Do not open two demands for one plant. Say which desk already has the thread.
Before you wire anything
Verify the OEP number on the public register, not on a broker chat. Write the testable trade. Write the ticket line. Write the city. Do not open both desks on one plant.
