- Legal name of the hiring company and country of registration.
- Trade licence / CR / company extract when you have it.
- Roles a tester can verify — welder, mason, CNC, HTV — not only “workers”.
- Headcount and whether it is one batch or phases.
- City and site.
- Wage, housing, food — who provides what.
- Who pays ticket and medical.
- Arrival window.
Cost briefs sit beside this list: Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Türkiye, Romania, Bosnia — linked from the employer hub.
Why eight points beat a branded PDF
Employers send glossy company profiles and then omit the worksite city. We cannot test a welder for a city we do not have. The licence scan is useful; it is not a substitute for the trade list.
If housing is “shared, near plant,” write the standard: beds per room, food or allowance, transport to site. Inspectors in the host country will ask you, not us. Putting it in the demand stops a week of clarification.
Phased headcount is a complete answer. “80 now and 80 after first arrival” is a file. “160 immediately” on a ratio-constrained plant is a refusal waiting to be typed.
WhatsApp is acceptable if the eight points are in one message. Voice notes get transcribed and something drops. Email is better when legal names have accents and registration numbers.
The same eight points feed Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Türkiye, Romania and Bosnia. Do not invent a different pack per country except for the host-country annex your lawyer already uses.
What happens after you send the eight points
We answer feasible / feasible if you change X / not this quarter. If feasible, we say what we will test and what we will not. If you approve, shortlist work starts. Host filings stay with you the whole time.
A second batch is a new demand line, not a verbal “same again.” Protector and medicals do not copy-paste cleanly when the site or the wage changed.
Operating standard on every file
We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.
We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.
Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.
The sister licence exists so a buyer who misses one domain still finds a numbered OEP on the same phone. Do not open two demands for one plant. Say which desk already has the thread.
FAQ
Can I send only the trades first?
Yes. We still reply with feasibility. The licence scan can follow.
Do you need a typed demand letter?
A clear email with the eight points is enough to start.
