The Role

Welder Helper / Fitter Helper in Türkiye.

Assisting welders and fitters, grinding, tacking, holding fixtures and fabrication shop support. This role is based in Türkiye on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.

Salary: TRY 30,000–40,000 per month (up to TRY 40,000), with free food and accommodation. Most roles start at Türkiye's 2026 minimum wage (₺28,075 net per month); skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the higher figures. Free food and accommodation are provided.

Requirements

Who we need.

Experience as a Welder Helper / Fitter Helper (or related work)
Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
Medical fitness — GAMCA where applicable
Trade test may apply
Willing to relocate on an overseas work contract
