The Role

Construction Helper / Mason / Steel Fixer in Türkiye.

Mixing, carrying and assisting masons; bar bending, steel fixing and general site support. This role is based in Türkiye on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.

Salary: TRY 30,000–42,000 per month (up to TRY 42,000), with free food and accommodation. Most roles start at Türkiye's 2026 minimum wage (₺28,075 net per month); skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the higher figures. Free food and accommodation are provided.

Requirements

Who we need.

Experience as a Construction Helper / Mason / Steel Fixer (or related work)
Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
Medical fitness — GAMCA where applicable
Trade test may apply
Willing to relocate on an overseas work contract
