Mixing, carrying and assisting masons; bar bending, steel fixing and general site support. This role is based in Türkiye on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: TRY 30,000–42,000 per month (up to TRY 42,000), with free food and accommodation. Most roles start at Türkiye's 2026 minimum wage (₺28,075 net per month); skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the higher figures. Free food and accommodation are provided.
Earthquake-reconstruction and infrastructure projects, including Kanal Istanbul and metro expansion, are one of three concurrent demand surges driving Turkish construction employers toward overseas hiring. Turkish employers apply for your work permit through the e-Devlet portal (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), with candidate-side documents — BISE-attested certificates, IBCC equivalence, MOFA Apostille — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to site is 7–9 weeks once the document chain and medical/police clearance are confirmed.
