Running production lines, feeding machines, basic quality checks and meeting daily output targets. This role is based in Türkiye on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: TRY 28,000–36,000 per month (up to TRY 36,000), with free food and accommodation. Most roles start at Türkiye's 2026 minimum wage (₺28,075 net per month); skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the higher figures. Free food and accommodation are provided.
Türkiye's textile and manufacturing base has run a persistently tight labour market, one of three concurrent demand surges (alongside tourism-driven construction and earthquake reconstruction) pulling employers toward overseas hiring. Employers apply for your work permit via the e-Devlet portal, and with document chain and medical clearance running in parallel from Pakistan, the realistic timeline from offer to site is 7–9 weeks.
