CAD/CAM Operator — Turkey

CAD/CAM Operator in Turkey.
Programming and optimizing CNC toolpaths using CAD/CAM software, translating engineering drawings into precise machining programs, and working alongside CNC operators to produce aerospace-grade components to specification. This role is based in Turkey, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Who we need.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software for toolpath generation and program optimization
- Strong understanding of CNC turning and/or machining center operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
- Experience in precision component manufacturing preferred
- Aerospace/aviation industry experience will be an advantage
- Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
- Medical fitness certificate, plus police clearance
- Currently based in Pakistan and immediately available to join — candidates already abroad will not be considered
- Willing to relocate under an employer-sponsored work permit

This role is based in Turkey, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process. The Turkey employer processes the work permit through the e-Devlet portal (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Only candidates currently present in Pakistan and available to join immediately are being processed for this opening.
