Sourcing, trade-testing and deploying a full textile production batch from Pakistan to Constanța, Romania — on schedule, BEOE-compliant, zero cost to the employers.
Two Romanian textile manufacturers — ROMTEXTIL SA and SC Info Management SRL, both based at the same Constanța industrial site — turned to RRI to fill sewing and weaving-floor roles that local hiring couldn't cover: 14 confectioners for ROMTEXTIL SA, and 21 weaving and bobinator operators for SC Info Management SRL. Both employers needed workers trade-tested, documented and deployed inside a defined visa window, on 2-year contracts with a 90-day probation period.
Candidates were sourced and trade-tested against each employer's specific role requirements — confectioner, weaving operator and bobinator operator — rather than deployed as generic "factory labour."
Every candidate's passport, D visa, work permit, insurance and offer letter documentation was assembled and tracked individually, colour-coded by employer and job function on a dedicated visa tracker through to D/AM1 and D/AM2 sticker issuance under Romania's immigration ordinance.
Deployment routing was planned and timed around the Istanbul–Bucharest overland corridor, including border-crossing timing at the Bulgaria–Türkiye crossing, to keep every candidate's visa validity intact through arrival.
The full batch was deployed to ROMTEXTIL SA and SC INFO MANAGEMENT SRL in Constanța across the confectioner, weaving operator and bobinator operator roles — documented, trade-tested and processed under RRI's standard zero-cost-to-employer commercial model (BEOE OEP License 2868/RWP). As with every RRI deployment, sourcing, screening and documentation processing were absorbed by RRI rather than billed to the client companies, with logistics costs (flight tickets, statutory visa fees) arranged case-by-case per employer.
