Food prep support, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning and assisting cooks and stewards. This role is based in Türkiye on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: TRY 28,000–33,000 per month (up to TRY 33,000), with free food and accommodation. Most roles start at Türkiye's 2026 minimum wage (₺28,075 net per month); skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the higher figures. Free food and accommodation are provided.
Kitchen and stewarding roles sit squarely within the tourism-hospitality construction surge along the Antalya–Bodrum–Istanbul corridor, one of Türkiye's three concurrent demand drivers. Turkish employers apply for your work permit through the e-Devlet portal (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), with candidate-side documents — BISE-attested certificates, IBCC equivalence, MOFA Apostille — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to site is 7–9 weeks once the document chain and medical/police clearance are confirmed.
