The Role

General Labour / Helper in Croatia (Opći radnik / Pomoćni radnik).

General manual support work across warehouse, production or site operations — lifting, sorting, cleaning, moving materials and assisting skilled tradesmen. This role is based in Croatia on an employer-sponsored stay-and-work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.

Salary: Tell us your budget — we'll arrange the right manpower. With free food and accommodation. Most roles start near Croatia's 2026 minimum wage.

Who we need.

Physical fitness for manual, repetitive work
Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
Form 18a — Certificate of Health Status and Vaccination History, completed by a licensed physician in Pakistan (90-day validity; X-ray/stool culture 3-month validity)
Police clearance / character certificate
Willing to relocate under an employer-sponsored work and residence permit
No prior experience required — training provided on-site
