Receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods in a Croatian warehouse or logistics centre. This role is based in Croatia on an employer-sponsored stay-and-work permit (dozvola za boravak i rad), deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.

Warehouse and logistics roles are consistently among Croatia's most in-demand occupations (skladištar ranks in the national top-10 on HZZ's own job portal), driven by retail distribution, manufacturing logistics and Croatia's position on the Pan-European transport corridors. Croatian employers first request a labour market test (test tržišta rada) through HZZ; once cleared, they apply for the stay-and-work permit with the Ministry of the Interior, supported by Form 17a (employer accommodation declaration) and Form 18a (your health and vaccination certificate, completed in Pakistan before travel). Because Croatia has no embassy in Pakistan, the visa application is lodged through the nearest Croatian mission or an authorised VFS Global centre. Realistic timeline from offer to site is typically 10–14 weeks once documentation, the labour market test and medical clearance are confirmed.
