- Construction, welding, general manufacturing, textiles — volume trades with Gulf site discipline (Saudi, UAE, Qatar).
- English on trade-tested candidates is usually enough for a supervisor layer.
- Wage expectations stay inside most OSB project budgets.
Where others may fit better
India often wins on some CNC / automotive specialities. Nepal is common on repetitive line and some logistics roles. Neither fact makes Pakistan “second.” It means you specify the trade, then we say yes or no.
What to ignore
Facebook ads that promise “500 workers next month, any country.” MoLSS does not work that way. Ratio + consular reference + a real trade-test decide the file.
Zero sourcing fee does not mean zero host-country cost. Read the Türkiye cost brief before you compare agencies on price alone.
