This role is based in Lithuania on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process. The Lithuanian employer registers the vacancy and secures the work permit / mediation through the Employment Service, followed by a temporary residence permit; candidate-side documents are prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 9–11 weeks once the document chain and medical/police clearance are confirmed.
