Saudi Arabia Work Visa Guide for Pakistani Workers

End-to-end deployment of Pakistani skilled workforce to Saudi employers — work visa process, iqama, document chain, and realistic timelines. Active corridor since 2007.

Market Overview

Saudi Arabia is the largest sustained manpower corridor for Pakistan.

Saudi Arabia has been the largest single overseas employment market for Pakistani workers for over four decades, and the Vision 2030 megaproject programme (NEOM, Red Sea Project, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate) has materially deepened demand across construction, oilfield services, hospitality, and healthcare.

Renaissance Recruitment Inc. has been deploying Pakistani workforce to Saudi Arabia since 2007. Halliburton's Saudi Arabia oilfield services operation is among our active employer partners, alongside EPC contractors, hospitality groups, and healthcare networks across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and the Eastern Province.

Saudi work visa timelines from Pakistan run 8–10 weeks for skilled and semi-skilled workers — predictable when the document chain moves correctly from day one.
