The requirement
Saudi logistics, distribution and construction-support employers regularly need reliable Pakistani drivers (light and heavy vehicles) and warehouse loaders/unloaders. Demand is steady across the Eastern Province and major logistics hubs. Speed, licence validity and clean medicals are critical.
RRI’s delivery model for this batch type
Candidates are pre-screened for valid Pakistani LTV/HTV licences (or willingness to convert), clean driving records where available, and role fitness. Medical examination is completed at GAMCA-approved centres. All documentation proceeds under RRI’s BEOE OEP licence (2868/RWP) with Protector of Emigrants clearance.
Process highlights
- Role-specific screening and trade/medical checks in Pakistan.
- Coordination of employer-side block visa / Musaned authorisation.
- End-to-end Iqama-related documentation support after arrival.
- Airport assistance and orderly handover.
Bulk capacity: RRI supports coordinated batches commonly in the 50–300+ worker range for logistics and general labour categories, subject to employer demand letters and Saudi quota/visa availability. Larger programmes are planned in phases.
Outcomes employers value
- Workers who already understand Gulf site discipline from previous experience in many cases.
- Transparent, licensed process with no hidden candidate fees on the Pakistan side.
- Clear communication of realistic timelines (Gulf deployments often 4–8 weeks once demand is approved).
- Single point of contact in Pakistan for the entire batch.
