Operating weaving, knitting or general production machines, monitoring quality and clearing stoppages. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 500–750 per month (up to EUR 750), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Manufacturing and industrial production is concentrated around Zenica, Tuzla and Banja Luka — the same industrial belt named in Bosnia and Herzegovina's 2026 workforce planning. Bosnia and Herzegovina issues a fixed annual quota of foreign work permits — 7,427 for 2026, split across the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina (4,500), Republika Srpska (2,000) and Brčko District (927). Once your employer confirms a permit slot against this quota, RRI handles document preparation, Type D visa lodgement, and travel from Pakistan.
