Mixing, carrying and assisting masons; bar bending, steel fixing and general site support. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 550–850 per month (up to EUR 850), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Construction and civil engineering is the largest single shortage category named in Bosnia and Herzegovina's workforce planning, as skilled trades continue to leave for Germany and Austria. Bosnia and Herzegovina issues a fixed annual quota of foreign work permits — 7,427 for 2026, split across the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina (4,500), Republika Srpska (2,000) and Brčko District (927). Once your employer confirms a permit slot against this quota, RRI handles document preparation, Type D visa lodgement, and travel from Pakistan.
