Running production lines, feeding machines, basic quality checks and meeting daily output targets. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 500–700 per month (up to EUR 700), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Manufacturing is one of the clearest gaps in Bosnia and Herzegovina's domestic labour market, concentrated specifically around Zenica, Tuzla and Banja Luka — the same industrial belt named in the government's own 2026 workforce planning. Factory and production roles draw against the national quota (7,427 permits for 2026), and once your employer confirms allocation, RRI manages the Type D visa and travel process from Pakistan.
