Cleaning rooms, floors and common areas, waste handling and general housekeeping duties. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 450–550 per month (up to EUR 550), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Tourism and hospitality is one of the clearest shortage sectors named in Bosnia and Herzegovina's workforce planning, as hotels and guesthouses compete for staff with Western Europe. Bosnia and Herzegovina issues a fixed annual quota of foreign work permits — 7,427 for 2026, split across the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina (4,500), Republika Srpska (2,000) and Brčko District (927). Once your employer confirms a permit slot against this quota, RRI handles document preparation, Type D visa lodgement, and travel from Pakistan.
