Loading, shifting, cleaning and supporting site or plant teams with manual handling tasks. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 450–600 per month (up to EUR 600), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Bosnia and Herzegovina issues a fixed annual quota of foreign work permits — 7,427 for 2026, split across the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina (4,500), Republika Srpska (2,000) and Brčko District (927). General labour and helper roles are typically filled against the FBiH or RS allocation depending on the employer's registered entity. Once your employer confirms a permit slot, RRI handles document preparation, Type D visa lodgement, and travel from Pakistan. Demand for this role is strongest in construction and manufacturing hubs like Zenica, Tuzla and Banja Luka, where local labour has thinned out significantly over the past decade.
