Receiving, storing, picking and dispatching stock and keeping the warehouse organised and safe. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: Tell us your budget — we'll arrange the right manpower. With free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Warehouse and logistics roles sit within Bosnia and Herzegovina's transport and logistics sector, one of the categories the government has flagged as short-staffed as the workforce shifts west into Germany, Austria and Croatia. Employers filling these roles draw from the same 2026 national quota of 7,427 work permits (FBiH 4,500 / RS 2,000 / Brčko 927), and RRI manages the full Type D visa and documentation chain once a permit slot is confirmed.
