Packing finished goods, labelling, palletising and loading or unloading delivery vehicles. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 450–600 per month (up to EUR 600), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Packing and dispatch roles sit within Bosnia and Herzegovina's transport and logistics sector, named directly in the government's 2026 workforce shortage planning. Bosnia and Herzegovina issues a fixed annual quota of foreign work permits — 7,427 for 2026, split across the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina (4,500), Republika Srpska (2,000) and Brčko District (927). Once your employer confirms a permit slot against this quota, RRI handles document preparation, Type D visa lodgement, and travel from Pakistan.
