Manual loading and unloading of trucks and containers, sorting and moving goods. This role is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina on a work-and-residence permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Salary: EUR 450–600 per month (up to EUR 600), with free food and accommodation. Pay is in euros with free food and accommodation; skilled trades and licensed drivers earn toward the top of each range.
Loading and unloading roles fall within Bosnia and Herzegovina's transport and logistics sector, a category the government has directly flagged as short-staffed. Bosnia and Herzegovina issues a fixed annual quota of foreign work permits — 7,427 for 2026, split across the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina (4,500), Republika Srpska (2,000) and Brčko District (927). Once your employer confirms a permit slot against this quota, RRI handles document preparation, Type D visa lodgement, and travel from Pakistan.
