The Bosnia employer processes the work permit slot and Type D visa through Bosnia and Herzegovina's 2026 national foreign-worker quota system, with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 8–10 weeks once the document chain is confirmed.
