Auto Denter (Bodywork Technician / Paintless Dent Repair) in Turkey.
Removing dents and restoring vehicle body panels — traditional panel-beating and bodywork straightening, plus Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) using glue-pulling kits and dent rods where the original paint finish is undamaged. This role is based in Turkey, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.
Who we need.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in auto bodywork / dent repair — panel beating, dent pulling, and body alignment
- A short work video of yourself doing actual dent repair/PDR work is required with your application (WhatsApp video, Google Drive, or YouTube link)
- Familiarity with Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) tools — glue-pulling kits, dent rods, body hammers/dollies
- Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
- Medical fitness certificate, plus police clearance
- Currently based in Pakistan and immediately available to join — candidates already abroad will not be considered
- Willing to relocate under an employer-sponsored work permit

The Turkey employer processes the work permit through the e-Devlet portal (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 7–9 weeks once the document chain is confirmed.
