Site/facility safety monitoring and compliance — conducting inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting and PPE compliance checks, and supporting the employer's HSE management system. This role is based in Serbia under the single permit (jedinstvena dozvola) system, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process. Since the 2024 reform to the Law on Foreigners, the Serbian employer initiates the combined work-and-residence permit application on the worker's behalf, with candidate-side documents prepared in parallel from Pakistan.
