The Serbia employer processes the combined work-and-residence permit through the single permit (jedinstvena dozvola) system, with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 9–11 weeks once the document chain is confirmed.
