Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, apply primer, base coat and clear coat, mix and match paint colours as required, and deliver smooth, high-quality finishes to safety and quality standards. This role is based in Bosnia & Herzegovina on an employer-sponsored work visa, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process with medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance. 4 positions available.

Bosnian automotive and light-manufacturing employers have been turning to Pakistani skilled tradesmen to fill gaps left by EU-bound domestic labour outflow. RRI runs document attestation, medical clearance and Protector of Emigrants processing in parallel with the employer's work-permit filing. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 6–8 weeks once the document chain is moving correctly.
