This role is based in North Macedonia, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process. The North Macedonia employer processes the work permit and residence authorisation through the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia (АВРСМ), with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 9–11 weeks once the document chain is confirmed.
